Qualitative assessment of infrastructure and key processes for each candidate: development of RFP and response evaluation, workshops with each candidate’s operational team. |

Quantitative assessment of Key Performance Indicators based on candidate’s real data: national and local distribution, sales forecasting based on samples, return management, logistics, etc. |

Estimation of the economic impact for the company for each alternative, including service fees, the expected reduction on returns and increase in sales. |
