The client was a leading fixed Telecom operator in the UK market that had been demerged with its mobile business in 2001. The company wanted to launch its own mobile venture through a MVNO to incorporate a fixed-mobile convergence offer to its residential segment.

Analysis of fixed-mobile convergence offer.
Definition of the marketing plan, including mobile data and gaming offer and price strategy.
