Develop a model to explain historical sales and forecast company sales in 2006-2011 period.
Assess current market status and forecasts through interviews with key players
Identify drivers for future growth (entry in other countries, entry in new technologies, ...)
Identify future potential buyers for the acquired company (for exit strategy).


Audit confirmed the feasibility of the operation from the sales forecast perspective to the private equity fund and to the underwriting bank. The acquisition is underway.
