Our client is one of the leaders in the Spanish magazine industry (~€100 million / year). The client wants to evaluate the opportunity of outsourcing the national distribution and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Valoris role

Valoris approach consists of:

Qualitative assessment of infrastructure and key processes for each candidate: development of RFP and response evaluation, workshops with each candidate’s operational team.
Quantitative assessment of Key Performance Indicators based on candidate’s real data: national and local distribution, sales forecasting based on samples, return management, logistics, etc.
Estimation of the economic impact for the company for each alternative, including service fees, the expected reduction on returns and increase in sales.
Negotiation support.
