Fernando is Managing Partner in the Madrid office and General Manager of Valoris. Fernando was also part of the founder team of Valoris.

Previously, Fernando was Principal in Cluster Consulting, leading projects in Europe, Africa and Asia, including the definition of both Internet strategy and e-commerce for a Portuguese industrial conglomeration, the license acquisition in North Africa for a Spanish mobile operator and the acquisition of various telecom operators in South East Asia on behalf of a British multinational.

Fernando has broad experience in the telecom industry. He has a deep knowledge of the mobile industry where he participated in the launch of more than five start-ups. During this period he has managed a broad range of challenges in M&A, corporate development, marketing and sales.

Complementing his industry experience, Fernando also worked for Procter & Gamble and Lehman Brothers.

EDUCATION

Fernando has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and an MBA awarded by the INSEAD (Fontainebleau).
